- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never store credit card numbers)
- Call recordings and transcripts for quality assurance
- Website usage data (via analytics tools)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our secretarial and business support services
- To process payments and manage your account
- To improve call quality and service delivery
- To send service-related communications (not marketing)
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Twilio / Telnyx (telephony services)
- Vapi.ai (voice AI processing)
- As required by law or legal process
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active plus 12 months. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless otherwise agreed.
