Terms of Service

1. Service Description

NearAide Global provides professional secretarial and business support services, including call answering, scheduling, message management, and related administrative support for small business owners and contractors.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Plans: Starter ($699/mo), Pro ($1,199/mo), Enterprise (Custom)
• You may cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
• Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused months

3. Use of Service

• You agree to provide accurate business information
• You may not use the service for illegal activities
• You may not use the service for robocalling, spam, or telemarketing in violation of FCC regulations
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

4. Limitation of Liability

NearAide Global is not liable for lost business opportunities, missed calls due to technical issues, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your virtual number may be reassigned. We will provide a data export of your call logs and messages upon request.
